Human Resources Internship – Unpaid (College Credit Eligible)

Job Overview


tango is a leading home health management company. We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Human Resources Intern to join our HR Department. This is an unpaid internship designed for current college students seeking hands-on experience in the HR field. College credit or required program hours can be earned based on your school’s requirements.


The HR Intern will work under the direct supervision and mentorship of the Chief People Officer, providing administrative support and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, HR systems, and strategic HR functions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize employee records and personnel files
  • Provide administrative support across the HR department
  • Assist with special projects, research, and implementation of new HR programs
  • Participate in the development of HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with HR team members on daily operations and process improvement

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be eligible to receive school credit for the internship
