This position performs technical activities related to supporting the CSCC VoIP, voicemail, and environments which include designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the environments. This role may require limited project management duties and is the subject matter expert for their assigned systems.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSSystem Administration &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Assures minimum service interruptions by analyzing performance, scalability, and availability of resources. </li><li>Develops strategies for, and completes performance tuning of, College mission-critical VoIP systems.</li><li>Analyzes, tests, and troubleshoots assigned systems.
