The Groundskeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.&nbsp;Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversees keeping the grounds and common areas clean and neat</li><li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, as necessary</li><li>Clean and stock restrooms, as needed</li><li>Notify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairs</li><li>Collect and dispose of trash</li><li>Inspects and helps prepare units after move-out and before move-in</li><li>Contributes to a positive team environment and commits to Thrive's values</li><li>Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists maintenance team, as needed</li></ul>Groundskeeper Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior housekeeper, porter, custodial, or groundskeeper experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Excellent customer service skills required</li><li>Weekends required</li><li>Attention to detail required</li><li>Strong team player with the willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects</li><li>May require Driver's License and insurance</li></ul>If you do not fully meet the qualifications listed above but feel you have the skills and experience to be able to be successful in this position we welcome your application!
