The Audit and Regulatory team will support the EDDS internal and external exams and audits, ensure timely closure of findings, educate partners with an examiner and regulator mindset and streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the exam management process. The team is also responsible for managing the overall Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process, partnering closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. EDDS is looking for a Senior Manager of Regulatory Management, focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in supporting EDDS through the end-to-end external exam lifecycle and regulatory change management processes. In addition to what is described above, it will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across business units, functional areas, and geographies.The Senior Manager, Regulatory Management will:<ul><li>Support risk management practices within the business.</li><li>Provide oversight and guidance to the EDDS BU on external exams.</li><li>Support the day-to-day external exam management processes, working across EDDS and enterprise functions (e.g., data request compilation, action implementation, and regulatory adherence).</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate across multiple cross-functional workstreams to ensure appropriate accountability and ownership of findings.</li><li>Track resolution of requests and findings, and ensure significant risks and issues are appropriate and escalated in a timely manner. Partner with EDDS teams and advise on responses to exam inquiries.</li><li>Streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of exam management and regulatory change management processes.</li><li>Review and enforce compliance with enterprise policies and regulations.</li><li>Support sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise.</li><li>Advise BU with identification of risks and spotting areas where product changes or improved controls may be required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>4+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function). Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.</li><li>Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous.</li><li>Experience in at least one of the following:<ul><li>Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines. </li><li>Review the tracking and identifying of issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds. </li><li>Oversee the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks. </li><li>Communicating and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards.</li><li>Manage the operational risk exam management processes.</li></ul></li><li>Experience in financial services industry.</li></ul>ORMCMSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
