Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will act as the voice of the customer (restaurants), understand the segmentation, and advocate their needs in partnering with the Product Managers to inform and influence product strategy and development. You will be responsible for developing the GTM strategy and value proposition and leading cross-functional teams to deliver enablement materials, external training materials, customer communications and content. You will be working in a fast-paced, global and cross-functional environment, playing a critical role in bridging teams to launch product innovation that drives new levels of customer engagement and acquisition for the business. WHAT YOU'LL DO:&nbsp;This person will be supporting the restaurant trade and industry marketing for all Resy’s marquee, trade at scale and partner led events in partnership with business units across Resy and American Express enterprise.
