As a Cooper’s Hawk Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible executing exceptional operations during shift execution, from the food we serve from our scratch kitchen to the Guest service we provide in our restaurant.&nbsp; You’ll provide Management and Hourly Team Members with leadership and development, while partnering closely with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and build the Wine Club Community.&nbsp;What You’ll Do&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee overall restaurant operations and complex departments including Service and Tasting Room&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to policies and manage assigned operating systems</li><li>Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations&nbsp;</li><li>Represent company values and create a respectful, positive, and professional work environment&nbsp;</li><li>Manage people by: <ul><li>Participating in hourly team member hiring</li><li>Training and verifying team members’ understanding of Cooper’s Hawk Winery &amp; Restaurants</li><li>Reviewing and approving front of house department schedules in a timely manner</li><li>Developing other Managers, including all Restaurant and Kitchen Managers</li></ul></li><li>Be responsible for overseeing training for Managers in Development, Lead Restaurant Trainers and new Team Members</li><li>Focus on service &amp; food standards and assist General Manager with weekly inventory procedures when needed</li><li>Be responsible for maximizing financial and operational results, as well as weekly financial reporting and inventory audits with General Manager oversight</li><li>Build and maintain Wine Club Community</li><li>Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler, Inventory/Ordering software and the Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety&nbsp;</li></ul>What You’ll Need&nbsp;<ul><li>3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant. Scratch kitchen experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum age requirement of 21 years</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, understand and communicate in English&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates financial acumen</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shift</li><li>Must have the ability to work 50-60 hours per week</li><li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays</li><li>Maintains a professional image by adhering to guidelines listed in the Team Member Handbook&nbsp;</li></ul>Cooper’s Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
