<h3>Description</h3>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technology enthusiast to join our applications team as a Business Systems Analyst primarily supporting manufacturing and warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting various business systems, including ERP, EDI, MES, WMS, and label printing.&nbsp;This role involves working closely with various departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the system. &nbsp;<h3>Requirements</h3>Maintenance and Support<ul><li>Oversee and prioritize support issues, including both US and NL locations&nbsp;</li><li>In conjunction with the process owner, plan out and justify modifications</li><li>Aid in supporting EDI as they arise</li></ul>Implementation<ul><li>Contribute to the re-implementation of the ERP in the US</li><li>Collaborate with the process owners &amp; stakeholders to build out a thorough system requirements document / fit-gap analysis</li><li>Establish and perform a training plan with the departments SME</li></ul>Compliance<ul><li>Stay on top of BC upgrades and ensure sandboxes are properly tested after patching to approve production patches</li><li>Ensure user permissions are maintained with a least-privileged mentality&nbsp;</li></ul>Technology<ul><li>Stay on top of evolving &amp; emerging technologies that may have a home in NewAge Industries</li><li>Test, trial, and explore various technologies as they are identified, such as AI, automation, handhelds, etc.</li></ul> &nbsp;______________________________________________________________________ &nbsp;Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Working knowledge of ERP in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Ability to use time effectively and efficiently while managing multiple priorities</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Effective planning, organization, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills required&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated dependability, reliability and ability to work well independently with minimal supervision</li></ul> &nbsp;
