Annual salary ranges: $54,000(Associate's License: LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA); $67,200 (Independent Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT)FBR Clinician:Each clinician will serve as the parent-child clinician for six of the 12 families on a full caseload, and as the individual / substance abuse clinician for the other six of the 12 families. FBR Services will provide training in both components of the model to each clinician during the initial training. FBR Services will also provide ongoing training and support to the each clinician during weekly consultations and quarterly trainings. The two (2) clinician roles are as follows:<ol><li>Parent-child Clinician: The parent-child clinician will deliver interventions to facilitate positive parent-child interactions and optimal child development. The parent-child clinician’s main focus will be the parent’s relationship with the index child (age birth to 36 months) and the systems that interact with the index child. However, all children in the house will be assessed by the parent-child clinician for possible interventions and advocacy with systems (i.e. educational, medical, and legal).</li><li>Individual/Substance Abuse Clinician: The individual clinician will deliver interventions that target parental sobriety and psychological well-being. She/he will engage the client in discussions and treatment for any co-morbid mental health issues and co-constructs treatment goals for sobriety, education, employment, healthy relationships, family communication, and legal issues.</li></ol>JOB SUMMARYThe Clinician provides direct services to clients, in the office, school, or other identified setting to meet the unique needs of families served. Unlicensed clinicians are hired prior to obtaining their license to practice as mental health practitioners (i.e. psychology, social work, LMFT, LPC, LADC). Unlicensed clinicians will receive supervision by a licensed clinician and may be offered training opportunities. The Registered Nurse will work amongst a multidisciplinary team in the assessment, treatment, and discharge of the youth cared for in this Urgent Crisis Center. Embedded in the healthcare team is a triage nurse on shift who provides other nursing support when needed.JOB SUMMARYThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing safety, physical and mental/behavioral health assessments, first aid and medication administration to the youth in the program. Embedded in the healthcare teams are lead, triage, and program nurses. The nurse will oversee the child’s medical needs throughout their stay while collaborating with outpatient providers to assure holistic care. The registered nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to assure continuity, efficient care, and effective and discharge planning.
