The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management. Responsibilities Marketing CoordinatorPosition will be hybrid remote/on-site in our Chappaqua, NY office. Salary range $40K-$80K DOE.Job Duties:<ul><li>Act primarily as a digital marketing coordinator on a small team and also as a marketing generalist who will contribute in different areas as needed</li><li>Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing collateral, digital content, email campaigns, social media, case studies, and proposals</li><li>Partner with marketing team members to build landing pages, email assets, and content to drive the execution of campaigns</li><li>Coordinate website updates, publish content, and recommend enhancements based on results</li><li>Manage SEO and all marketing analytics and reporting – this is an area of growth for Digitech</li><li>Manage email automation tool (Mailchimp), including creation of campaigns, coordinating content and other email assets, and maintaining contact lists</li><li>Partner with Sales Administrator on integrating sales &amp; marketing tools (Salesforce and others) and maximizing ROI of shared data</li><li>Manage and optimize social media platforms, scheduling, and tracking metrics</li><li>Assist with PowerPoint presentation development</li><li>Monitor and triage contacts from website, inbound email, and telephone inquiries</li><li>Support other marketing initiatives as needed</li></ul>Requirements and Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred</li><li>Experience with Excel (advanced beginner level or above, not novice level) and other Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Experience in social media posting and planning</li><li>Familiar with with CRM and email automation platforms, marketing analytics tools, and web development technologies</li><li>Familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools a plus</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions</li><li>Strong writing, grammar, spelling, proofreading, and researching skills (required)</li><li>Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of quality and urgency</li><li>B2B or B2G marketing experience a plus – note that our primary audience consists of EMS providers and Fire departments who utilize our billing services</li></ul>Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
