The Production Control and Planning Manager (PCP) directs and coordinates activities to ensure the timely production of castings to meet the site objectives and customer demand through direct interface with customers, suppliers, and internal cross functional teams.&nbsp;The PCP is responsible for the creation of a supply plan and for managing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the expedient flow of parts through the manufacturing processes to satisfy the customers’ delivery requirements.&nbsp;The PCP is responsible to ensure the right levels of raw materials and work in process are available for Operations to successfully execute the supply plan.
