You will represent the agency in cross functional work, sometimes speaking on behalf of the Director of Behavioral Health. You will work closely with external relations/public affairs staff, the Governor’s Office, Oregon Health Policy Board, OHA committees and advisory bodies, the Legislature, state and federal agencies, OHA staff, external partners, and the public to represent the agency in a professional manner, and to facilitate understanding and support for Behavioral Health’s interests and policy positions, and advise on and facilitate the development and implementation of strategic communications and presentations for internal and external audiences.
