Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman - Commercial Construction

What You Will Do
In this position, our Field Technicians for Meter Painting will be inspecting natural gas meter sets and making remedial repairs. Meter Painters will use state-of-the-art equipment to perform utility services for our customers painting meters and assisting with other maintenance activities as needed.
This meter painting role requires walking and driving skills in all types of weather. We're looking for energetic, dependable, hardworking people that enjoy working outdoors.
Main Duties
<ul>
 <li>Stoop, bend, crawl, walk, climb ladders, and lift weights at a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.</li>
 <li>Occasionally ascending and descending stairs and ladders.</li>
 <li>Work a route to complete meter painting and compliance orders in a timely manner and in accordance with training and procedures.</li>
 <li>Safely working within the regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.</li>
 <li>Recognize abnormal operating conditions such as corrosion meters under stress, etc., and report to the supervisor.</li>
 <li>Assists in performing regular inspections and maintenance of above and below-ground gas systems.</li>
 <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Familiarity and practical knowledge of diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers and 2-cycle equipment is a plus.
