We are looking for a motivated colleague who is collaborative and passionate about transforming processes using automation and technology tools to solve difficult business issues.&nbsp;The ideal candidate is expected to have combination of technical knowledge, product management, project management and a strong will to grow and learn.&nbsp; The individual will report to Global Tax Strategic Enablement Director and will be based in New York.Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with business partners in Global Tax, to identify viable automation opportunities &amp; assess feasibility and detailed analysis in consideration of various automation solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate in-depth manual processes, suggest process optimization, rationalization &amp; assess viability of automation tools and recommend best automation option.</li><li>Ability to do process mapping, requirement gathering and curate POD – POA for the process and recommend solution options with Pros and Cons.</li><li>Facilitate automation by leveraging self-service tools, partnering with AET in capacity of product owner to use enterprise capabilities, or partner with development resources to deliver a solution working in ‘Agile’ environment. Design and build integration components and interfaces in collaboration with Architects and Infrastructure Engineers, as necessary.</li><li>Create End to End development roadmaps, monitor and ensure smooth roll-out. Resolve issues and remove roadblocks, coordinate with SMEs and development team to perform comprehensive and robust testing including parallel runs and facilitate deployment via standard AET processes.&nbsp; Prepare/hand-off process owner support documentation.</li><li>Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Manage multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution and integration.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Communicate program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders regularly.</li><li>Collaborate with business partners and senior leaders across Finance functions to enhance transparency, provide progress updates and proactive communication on various automation initiatives.</li><li>Conduct training sessions to spread awareness on the tools and technology, upcoming new tech trends to ensure Global Tax has the awareness and the skill to optimally utilize and adopt newer tools and technology. Help build digital mindset in Global Tax</li><li>Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies and collaborate with owners of existing Enterprise tools. Perform research on evolving technologies and identify use cases to implement.</li><li>Manage tax system installation, maintenance, security, and software updates</li><li>Ensure regular and timely updates on the progress of initiatives are captured and shared with the leaders and stakeholders. </li><li>Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is maintained for all the projects on Confluence and other sites (as needed).</li><li>Responsible for timely updates of Bi – Weekly Summary, Scorecard and other KPI Dashboards for the leadership to maintain complete transparency and provide regular project updates.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>BS/BTech degree required, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science. With a Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience and at least 5 years of Project Management experience</li><li>Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; superior problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies. </li><li>Demonstrated Fintech experience working with Technologies, SMEs, and Systems to understand requirements, assess functional and system flows &amp; linkages, and partnering with development resources to recommend optimal POA design is required.</li><li>Experience to the automation tools and programing languages like SQL, open-source coding (like Python), ETL tools (like Data Watch, Alteryx), Power Platforms is required.</li><li>Ability to learn new software and processes under tight deadlines. Ability to document and coordinate with SMEs and development resources during delivery life cycle is required. </li><li>Experience with thorough requirement gathering, documentation, POD – POA process mapping, process rationalization, solution design, draw long-term and short-term product roadmap is required.</li><li>Requires hands-on knowledge and understanding of architecture, requirements analysis, applications systems design and integration, with a detailed understanding of applicable programming methodologies is required.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, and Microsoft SharePoint.</li><li>Experience with process analytics, refinement, and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau and other Data Visualization Tools is required.</li><li>Experience with Data Structures and Data Warehouse on Public Cloud technology, using and leveraging it for Advanced Data Analytics, Machine Learning, GenAI is preferred. </li><li>Experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues on Product Management &amp; development is required.</li><li>Experience with Agile and SDLC methodology is required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Other professional certifications/MS degree. 8+ years of Product Experience will be preferred</li><li>Direct experience with technologies such as Python, Advance SQL, Java</li><li>Direct experience with next generation tools including Machine Learning, NLG, NLP &amp; AI</li><li>Familiarity with BPMN and CMMN is preferred</li><li>Hands on experience in Big Data Components/Frameworks (Hadoop, HBase, HDFS, Hive, Scala etc.) is desirable</li></ul>Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
